We sell Garmin cycling products, including but not limited to bike computers, GPS devices, sensors, and related accessories. We make reasonable efforts to display product details, images, and pricing accurately, but we do not guarantee that all information on our website is complete, current, or error-free.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. A contract of sale is only formed once we confirm your order by email.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through the payment methods available at checkout.
  • We use secure third-party payment processors; we do not store your full payment card details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Handling time: 1–2 business days
  • Delivery time: 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

7. Warranty

Garmin products sold through Gpracing are covered by Garmin's manufacturer warranty. For warranty claims outside our 30-day return window, please refer to Garmin's official warranty terms or contact Garmin support directly. Gpracing is not the manufacturer and does not independently warrant the products beyond what is stated in our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

8. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer purchasing as a private individual within the EU, you have statutory rights under Dutch and EU consumer protection law, including a minimum 14-day right of withdrawal, which are not affected by these Terms. Our 30-day return policy provides additional benefits beyond this statutory minimum.

9. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the website without our permission

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gpracing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch or EU law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability arising from defective products under the Product Liability Directive.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website will be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
